Level II Physician Accreditation Division of Worker’s Compensation

Dr. Reicks and Dr. Utt have completed the Colorado Division of Worker’s Compensation Level II Physician Accreditation program and have been recertified as Level II physicians since 1996.

Level II Accreditation is an educational process designed to provide providers with an understanding of the administrative, legal and medical aspects of the Worker’s Compensation system. In addition, providers receive education in a uniform use of The Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, Third Addition (Revised) to guide in the determination of impairment ratings.

Designating Foresight Family Occupational Medicine.

Colorado Workers’ Compensation laws allow an employer to designate a provider for occupational injury and illness. Designating a provider requires that you inform your workers compensation carrier of your decision and that you post this information in your facility.

We would like to meet with your staff and complete a walk through work site tour to become familiar with the unique aspects of your business and get to know your staff. In addition, we will provide you with wallet cards for each of your employees that will inform them that you are a Foresight Family employer and what steps they need to take if injured on the job. Give our office a call to set up a time. The phone number for the occupational medicine department is 970.241.9606.
